FAQ

When should I consider therapy?
Therapy is not only for strong emotional discomfort. It is advisable to go to therapy when you feel any level of emotional discomfort, when you are going through situations of conflict, or when you need to improve your self-esteem, relationship, emotion management, decision making, etc.
How long does each session last?
Sessions last 45 minutes in all modalities and are conducted in English or Spanish.
What can I expect from the first session?
The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and amplify the reason for consultation. We will go over specific areas you want to work on and my approach. This is a first consultation and it is free of charge.
How often should I book a session?
It is recommended that the sessions take place on a weekly basis so that you have enough days to reflect on the topics discussed during the previous session and do exercises from session to session. However, you can choose the frequency that best suits your schedule.
How much does a session cost and how do I pay for it?
Sessions are 70 EUR / USD and payments can be done by bank transfer or through Paypal.
What approach are the sessions based on?
Therapy sessions are based on a cognitive and behavioural approach and objectivist psychology. It is a therapy in which both the patient and the therapist dialogue and build together to achieve the best results and tangible improvement.
